Looking for a Disney deal? How does 7 nights for the price of 4 sound?
Airlines, hotels and tourist destinations around the world are getting creative with ways to tempt belt-tightening travelers to venture forth despite the abysmal economy, and Disney is no exception. If you thought their free on your birthday offer was generous, this latest deal is a doozey.
The Buy Four, Get Three Free promotion puts a week-long Disney vacation for a family of four at under $1300 (flights/transportation notwithstanding). Simply purchase a 4-day Magic Your Way hotel and ticket package (which gives you a select Disney Value Resort and base park admission ticket), and a bonus three extra days of accommodation plus access to the theme parks are thrown in gratis. That’s three free days and nights so you can explore the parks, pools and Orlando attractions at a more leisurely pace – a real boon when traveling with small children.
The offer runs from January 4 to June 27, with some blackout dates in effect (especially around the mid-April Easter break timeframe). As a bonus, if you book between January 4 and March 29th, you will also get a $200 Disney Gift Card that you can use towards dining, souvenirs and more. Every little bit helps.
Doing the math, it can work out to as little as $46 per person per night, including park tickets – a pretty good deal for convenient in-park accommodations, which makes you eligible to take advantage of extended theme park hours (an hour before opening and up to three hours after closing at a select park).
You can also upgrade to a Disney Deluxe Villa Resort and get a similar deal starting at $2228 – or $80 per person per night.
Book before December 20 to take advantage of this deal – these will probably be snapped up fast.
